With the winter fast approaching, one thing’s more apparent than ever; cleaning is a must for your health. After all, a dirty home isn’t a happy home and an unclean you isn’t exactly an optimal you. Rather than scouring the Internet for different ways you could set your environment up for success, we’ve laid out some practical wisdom on how to keep everything in your orbit — yes your dog Fido too — squeaky clean and serene.
While this isn’t a “How-To” article that gets into the minor details of what to do, it does offer practical wisdom nuggets pertaining to your health, pet, car, and smart devices. Without further adieu, let’s get right into it!
1. Take Care of No. 1’s Health
As the old saying goes, “If you can’t love yourself then how can you love anyone else?” Nonetheless, if you want to be no. 1 in anything, you need to treat no. 1 well. Proper sleep, daily exercise, healthy eating, career path, strong and healthy relationships, to name a few antidotes. For starters, you must create a plan, set goals, and alter them to match your vision accordingly.
2. A Healthy Pet Leads to a Happy Owner
For the purpose of this section, we will touch on dogs and cats. So you let Fido the Bichon Frise out to play in the backyard to play and he/she came back looking like the four-legged version of Pig-Pen. For dogs an urgent bath is in store. Cats? Not so much as they bathe themselves. Regardless of the situation, your pet’s health and hygiene is just as important as yours — it affects your health as well. Regular checkups, vitamins, healthy meals, and even some good ol’ fashioned love and attention are all important to your animal’s well-being.
3. Car Heaven
At some point in our lives, we’ve each wound up — at one time or another — inside a car that looked more like a dumpster. You know exactly what I’m talking about: The vehicle with eight empty water bottles in the passenger seat, your post-pedicure sandals under your brake pedals, and yesterday’s fast food wrappers in the back seat. This is a big no-no! If this is you, make it a habit of grabbing a handful of stuff every time you leave your car. Before you know it, that messy mountain will be begone! Once you’ve reached the begone stage, all you have to do is repeat the process, and they’ll never be a pile up again.
